  9. If you don't want to have to read many pages of documentation just to
  10. find out that <PgDn> gets you on to the next page, please just read the
  11. short file "QUICK.DOC" which contains a few important features that are
  12. not on the menus and you will miss if you don't read the whole manual.

  14.                         HOW TO RUN EasyFold

  17. If you want to get started straight away, just read this section.
  18.  
  19. You can run EasyFold by typing "EF" followed by the name of the file you
  20. wish to edit. For exampole if you want to edit "MYFILE.DOC", simply type:
  21.  
  22.     EF MYFILE.TXT
  23.  
  24. and use F1 to access the menus. However, if you intend to explore the
  25. folding aspects of EasyFold I recommend that you edit the file "FOLD.HLP"
  26. that comes with the editor. This is not just a text file to read but an
  27. interactive tutorial on folding.

  29. In order to be able to use EasyFold from any directory you will need to
  30. add the directory into which you installed EasyFold to the PATH statement
  31. within AUTOEXEC.BAT.
